Sobre o reconhecimento dos dados linguísticos de um corpus infantil: a comunicação como fator relevante / About the recognition of linguistic data from a children’s corpus: communication as a relevant factor
Abstract
Resumo: A seleção e o reconhecimento das primeiras vocalizações produzidas por uma criança como dados linguísticos é um tema árduo para as pesquisas que estudam corpora infantis longitudinais. Quais sonorizações infantis devem compor o corpus? A seleção, o reconhecimento, o registro, as anotações contextuais e a interpretação discursiva são escolhas sutis que estão sujeitas a questionamento e amadurecimento. Este breve ensaio se propõe a ilustrar o tema com uma análise de exemplos provenientes do corpus compilado pelo grupo Corpus Infantil Longitudinal (CIL) de acordo com a abordagem interacionista. As interpretações servem-se parcialmente do rol de categorias do Inventory of Communicative Acts-Abridged (1994).

Abstract: The selection and the recognition of the first vocalizations produced by a child as linguistic data is an arduous topic for research that studies longitudinal children’s corpora. Which children’s sounds should integrate the corpus? Selection, recognition, registration, contextual annotations, and discursive interpretation are subtle choices that are subject to questioning and maturation. This brief essay aims to illustrate the theme with an analysis of examples from the corpus compiled by the group Corpus Infantil Longitudinal (CIL) in according to an interactionist view. The interpretations partially use the list of categories of the Inventory of Communicative Acts-Abridged (1994)
